MEET OUR CEO

Joseph Basso is a co-founder of Pinnacle Life Group and serves as the Chief Executive Officer.

Before being named the CEO in early 2024, Joe helped to lead staff operations, client acquisition, marketing and recruiting.

Before Pinnacle, Joe co-founded and built multiple other companies which grew to multiple-8 figures in revenue and continue to this day.

Joe entered the financial services industry with a desire to both help families, train agents, and develop other entrepreneurs. His passion for mentorship is exemplified by his intentional availability and dedicated investment into those around him through both listening then motivating them to envision and achieve their potential.

His nearly 15 years of entrepreneurial experience provides an immense wealth of knowledge and expertise from which the members of Pinnacle can draw.

Joe credits his passion for excellence in business to his love for the Lord and his family.

MEET OUR PRESIDENT

Gabriel Ericson is a co-founder of Pinnacle Life Group.

Before being named President in 2024, Gabe was a top producer, traveled around the country recruiting and training agents, and has personally mentored hundreds of agents to be both top producers and agency builders.

Before Pinnacle, Gabe co-founded an insurance agency that grew to over a million a month in sales after one year of operation and led multiple sales teams for almost ten years across numerous direct sales industries.

Gabe’s initial career path was in ministry in which he led an inner-city Chicago youth ministry for 8 years before he traveled to West Africa to work as a missionary. Upon the completion of his Masters degree he felt his calling lay in business as a way to fund ministry around the world. At this present day he has founded 4 orphanages and is working on his fifth with a goal to start 100 around the world.

Gabe finds financial services to be the perfect combination between his passion for providing his clients with truly life-changing products and services, and his love for helping sales-agents grow past their limiting beliefs and achieve dreams they previous believed unattainable.

Gabe credits everything he has achieved in life to Jesus Christ and his mother's personal sacrifice.

Paul McClain began his career in the financial services industry at just 19 years old, quickly distinguishing himself as a leader and a top producer. For 10 consecutive years, he ranked among the top 10 producers nationwide, a testament to his relentless work ethic and commitment to serving families with excellence.

Over the course of his career, Paul built one of the largest agencies in the country, issuing more than $20,000,000 in premium every month and training thousands of agents across the nation. His passion for equipping others with proven systems, mindset, and leadership principles has made him a sought-after mentor in the industry.

Paul’s drive for impact extends beyond business. After witnessing the miraculous healing of his 11-year-old daughter from stage 4 cancer, he founded a health center to help children and families battling life-threatening illnesses access life-changing health modalities. His story fuels his mission to help people level up in the areas that matter most: faith, family, fitness, franchise, and finances.

Married for 18 years and a proud father of five, Paul’s leadership is rooted in gratitude, faith, and a deep commitment to creating generational impact. He brings not only a wealth of industry knowledge but also a heart for developing leaders who live with purpose, conviction, and excellence.
